Stat Care Ambulance proudly uses Delaware Medical Management Services (DMMS) for our insurance and third party billing needs. Delaware Medical Management Services, LLC (DMMS) is a billing and healthcare management organization serving providers in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.  Founded in 1997 by Jean-Marie M.
